ICP-TEAMS was founded in 2014 by Margaret Dawkins. We are the only private, individually customized planning (ICP) program for all students K-12. We specialize in tutoring and supportive measures for children to help them reach their full potential and their college or career goals.
Our program has been designed specifically in Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math and Science (TEAMS). Margaret began the design of this program taking great pride in the design, testing and implementation of this program with a group of pilot students of all academic levels to excel.
Since 2014, we have assisted over 3,000 students nationwide and local school districts in their academic journeys with an 88% growth and success rate.
